1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all products sold on iexpertmarket.co.uk, including but not limited to:

  • Used devices
  • Refurbished devices (all grades/conditions)
  • Mobile phones
  • Tablets (iPad, Samsung, etc.)
  • Laptops & MacBooks
  • Accessories (where applicable)

2. Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item without giving any reason, provided the conditions below are met.

Conditions:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition it was received
  • The device must not be damaged, locked, or altered
  • All original accessories, packaging, manuals, and free items must be included
  • The device must not be iCloud/Google/Samsung account locked

Any signs of misuse, damage, water exposure, or account locks may result in a reduced or refused refund.


3. Returns for Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is:

  • Faulty
  • Not as described
  • Incorrectly supplied

You are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Timeframes:

  • Within 14 days: Full refund available
  • After 14 days: Repair or replacement offered first
  • If repair/replacement fails: Refund or partial refund may be issued

4. Condition of Used & Refurbished Devices

All used and refurbished devices sold by iExpert Market are:

  • Fully tested
  • Professionally cleaned
  • Checked for functionality

Cosmetic Condition

Cosmetic wear (scratches, marks, signs of previous use) does not constitute a fault and will vary depending on the product condition grade clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Refunds will not be issued for cosmetic reasons if the device matches its listed condition.


5. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Devices damaged after delivery
  • Water-damaged devices
  • Devices with removed or tampered serial numbers/IMEI
  • Devices that are iCloud, Google, or Samsung locked
  • Items returned incomplete or missing accessories
  • Software-related issues not present at delivery
  • Buyer’s remorse after the 14-day cancellation period

6. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us first.

  • Photos/videos (if faulty or damaged)

Returns sent without authorisation may be rejected.


7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service
  • iExpert Market is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

8. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary

If the returned item shows signs of use beyond inspection, a partial refund may apply.


9. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges subject to stock availability.
If the replacement item differs in value, the price difference will be adjusted accordingly.


10. Business & Bulk Orders

Orders placed for business, resale, or bulk purchases may not be eligible for standard consumer return rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.


11. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business, we reserve the right to:

  • Decline suspicious or fraudulent claims
  • Record device serial numbers and IMEI details
